At Shilpi Collections, we strive to deliver your handcrafted items as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in the email or by visiting your account page.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
To start a return, please contact us at shilpicollection004@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shilpicollection004@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
